5 cubic foot chest freezer
Time to order a ton of rats, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, you name it! And I can finally stock the kitchen freezer decent amounts of my own food again haha

Looks awesome [emoji1476]
If you have a power outage and the door stays closed what's the maximum amount of time feeders will be ok in a freezer?

I think that would depend on the ambient temps in the room as well as how heavily stocked the freezer is. A dozen small mice will defrost faster than a freezer full of larger prey.

I had to eat a bunch of food from the freezer after I stocked up on prey the other weekend. Now when I'm at the grocery store I have to plan accordingly.
Same here. Everything I found on Craigslist was barely cheaper than a brand new warrantied freezer and looked gross so I ordered one, free shipping, and $15 for a two year repair plan. And it matches the cages too!

I went 24 hours with a fully stocked freezer (mostly small and med rats) with no power during the last hurricane without loss. I made sure that any open spots had frozen water bottles in them. Obviously if the power is out, don't open the freezer. If you have frequent power outages I would keep any empty space filled with "ice packs" at all times.
The bigger issue for me when there is no power is keeping the house cool.
