Lost my BP

I let her out to explore around 1 am in my room (it's currently 7 am) and I have no idea where shes at, I checked EVERYWHERE high and low. Im extremely tired and panicking because I can't find her. What do I do?

Check where you would never think a snake would be or want to go. I have never had a snake escape so that's all I can think of.

You probably shouldn't let your snake loose without monitoring it. I know you did not mean to lose your BP, but snakes should really not be loose without someone making they don't get lost or hurt. jmo

It gets pretty hot in this house considering it's summer so we always have the ac full blast, would she be able to find her heat mat if I placed her enclosure on the ground?

They typically don't go far. Look in places where you may not think she would fit. Look in shoes, clothes piles, drawers (open CAREFULLY) in furniture, etc...
Is she contained to one room at least?? Check everywhere AGAIN, she may have been on the move while you were searching.

My door was closed when I let her out but she fits right under. I normally cover the underside with clothes so she can't get through. I left it uncovered for a little bit, I honestly can't say for how long so I'm worried shes out and about in the house. Thank you for the luck though

Well, sounds like she could be anywhere, but again, they don't usually go far. Try the room that closest to yours and work your way out.
and just an FYI for the future, they can work their way through a wall of clothes with ease.

Kitchens are the most dangerous room for a loose snake: they can get hurt inside & in back of refrigerators, dishwashers & stoves (not to mention being very
hard to reach), same goes for washers & dryers. Most kitchens also have a small space behind the cupboard doors (if you're a snake on the floor looking up there's
an inviting dark crawl space!) where they can get into & under the bottom of cupboards, also out of reach without demolition. I know because I had an adult
bull snake that got loose & hibernated there for 6 months...she was fine & came out in the spring, but BPs don't hibernate. Loose = dangerous to their health.
May or may not find a heat mat...and probably not if it's in the open.

Keep looking...snakes don't like to be in the open, they hide, & they easily beat us at "hide & seek"....Good luck!

It was funny when you mentioned this. Back in college days, I temporarily lost my 12 foot Burmese to this exact opening except it was in a bathroom cabinet floor. I used to feed her in the bathtub and she killed the rabbit but didnt eat it immediately. I was in another room of the apartment with the bathroom door closed. Came back in to find the rabbit in the tub but no snake. I found her the next day only because I was sitting on the throne in complete silence and heard her sliding on the floor in the cabinet that housed the sink. Had to take the floor of the cabinet up to get her out of there.

I'll have to remember to mention bathroom cabinets too. At least your Burm didn't go down the toilet! :O Some snakes have, you know...talk about freaking people
out when they re-emerge! Snakes are so good at this stuff, we never know there's a hole in the couch under the seat cushions until a snake finds it & goes inside...;)

i lost my corn snake years ago turned my whole flat upside down twice. I remember taking the kitchen cabinets apart and taking the sides ff the oven and back of the fridge i had. after a day and a half i found her underneath her viv as there was a slight gap like everyone keeps saying they usually dont go far. I'd recheck close to the last place you last saw her good luck
