    so.. got a used FB rack...
    so I just scored on this used freedom breeder rack, and wanted to know whats everyones best opinion on how to clean and sanitize it... has the removable inserts so I can really scrub it down...

    10% bleach, 90% distilled water + rinse or 30% grade hydrogen peroxide and distilled water + rinse or Lysol + rinse. If it were me.

    I use the 10% bleach 90% water method. I was thoroughly, rinse thoroughly and let it sit dry, then rinse again. If there's any scent of bleach at all, I air out and rinse again. Repeat until no trace of bleach is left.

    I start with mild dish soap and water to remove dirt. Follow up with bleach, rinse well, follow with sprayed ammonia, rinse well, air dry in the garage for a week.
