Will this RHP be sufficient?
Hello, I have an all-glass 5x2x2 feet tank and I’d like to use a 100 watt radiant heat panel (19.5x12.5 inches) to heat it. The room temperature is kept at 73-75 F whole year. Would it be sufficient? Thank you!

To answer your question Yes as your room is almost the cool ambient temp already so the HOT spot from the RPH at 90 will raise the cool side to 78-80 if the house is 70+.
Not sure how you're going to connect the RPH to a glass tank with a screen lid. Don't try and use adhesive, the weight of them with warm adhesive makes a risk of them falling.

I use styrofoam under my enclosure as well. :)
