Anyone have live plants in their setups? If so, which plants do you use?
Thanks!

Yup. I found Pothos works the best but even those get a little beat up when my 7 foot boa and 7-8 retic decide to mow across them lol. I tried Prayer Plant which did semi ok until last night when my little suriname decided to sit on it lol. Also tried parlor palm and that thing is a complete disaster after the dumerils tried to dig it up and the BP kind of sat on it. Here's a little older pic. https://ball-pythons.net/forums/cach...08b73b8d_o.jpg

Nice setups. Who made them? Curious, does your BP use the shelf in the back of the container?

I have a Jesters crown fern and purple wandering Jew in my vivarium. Pathos is also another safe plant. I recently added spanish moss but I think I may remove it.

Thanks. These are all Animal Plastics cages. The left cages are T8 and T10 and the right cages are T25.
And yes, Dottie uses the whole cage. She is a weird BP who actually likes to explore.

Thanks- in the process of researching setups for a BP and Hog Island Boa, she’s about 5 in length but not big in girth like a typical Bci. Just trying to see the right height , length and width.

I have a dracaena janet craig compacta in with my BP right now. I'm wanting to put some nerve plants (fittonia) in there, still working out what container to stick them in though (probably a 6 quart tub with some drainage holes. their roots are crazy). I also picked up a cryptanthus bivittatus (pink star bromeliad) a couple days ago. That one's gonna grow on its own for a bit to ensure it's healthy before I even think about putting it in with my BP.
