stuck eyecap?

    is the blue part near the top of his eye part of a stuck eyecap? it looks worse in his other eye...
    or is this just what it normally looks like?

    hi,

    it looks like the flexible skin joining the eyecap to the rest of the skin. It sometimes gets pulled out during shedding, unless it is white and raggedly torn it doesn't indicate a stuck eyecap though.
