    Using Wire in BP Cage
Okay, so i was wondering if you can use wires to hold something together in the cage, I wanted to bundle up some fake pants. It would be tight so there’s no room for a snake to try and get into. But i dont know if its safe to use or if something could happen.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, or it has an obvious answer, I’m gonna get my first snake in a bit and wanted to get my dumb questions answered first.

    Never dumb questions !!

youd need to make sure no sharp edges or points.

Also do some wire can get hot. Make sure it doesn’t or it could burn.

Have you looked into othrr ideas?

many fake plants have wires any ways why not use a piece as the wire and wrap it

I guess as long as it's done sagely so the snake can't get stuck or caught up in anything it should be fine ...

I use hot glue for all those little jobs inside a viv ... it's strong / flexible and durable yet it can be gently pulled or cut away if required ...

I've even got myself a cordless hot glue gun !!

    Very useful !!
