    Cleaning day
So, I'm approaching a month with my new snake which means I'm planning to strip the cage entirely and disinfect everything in a couple days. However, since the heat pad is stuck to the bottom and there's a lot of wiring going on I was curious if anybody could recommend a safe disinfectant that I could spray the tub down with and wipe out, rather than rinsing the whole thing with bleach and water? It just seems easier and safer than accidentally soaking my mat (even though its on the outside of the cage of course!). Thanks everyone!

i use regular ol' Lysol or generic brand disinfectant wipes (lemon-scented ofc) throughout the whole enclosure, then go back over everything with wet paper towels to wipe away any leftover residue from the wipes, then dry paper towel to remove extra moisture.

a lot of people on here use and swear by F10 but i have never used it.
