How much do you love your snakes? Poll

I know this is slightly off topic. I love each and every snake I have and care for them as much as I do my 2 dogs. They are like my kids. I work hard to care for them and to make sure they have the best conditions I can provide as a snake owner. I got back into the hobby a few months ago and have loved it from day 1. The only reason I left the hobby to begin with was because my (NOW EX) wife at the time, did not like snakes. I have decided that I love all animals and will not let anyone change me ever again. My girlfriend now loves them as much as I do and is now an owner of a RTB. We work together to take care of our beeps. I have loved all animals my entire life. I hope one day to own a small zoo where education is the primary focus not just putting animals on display.

So share how much you love your beeps.....

I love my snakes as well, and I own a few kingsnakes, a hognose, and one of my bps that actually seem to enjoy being held. One kingsnake, an albino named lilith, actually comes to the front of the tank and will crawl into my hands.

I know how you fee. 3 ball pythons, 1 RTB, and 1 retic. Only one of the balls is mean. The rest are cool so far. The retic is coming Thursday.

Should there be other options for the poll?

My babies are, well, like my babies :D They all have pet names (pet pet names?? :D) and I talk to them like small children! I couldn't imagine selling them ever, only if I really couldn't afford to keep them.

I know exactly how you feel. I do have breeding plans but will have to force myself to sell the babies.... well might keep 1 or 2.... LOL.. Such madness.

They are my babies.

I think so, it goes from either 'they are my family' to the three other options which are all basically 'meh snakes'.
Mine are my pets and a hobby, I don't consider them 'family' or 'my babies' however.
