The Champ Weighs In...

Today was weigh day... I finally got my scale and everyone is all settled so I got to it.

I’m literally grinning like a fool as I type this. I just had my first ha doing session with my boy thunder after nearly a month of having him and he was the chilliest dude ever. Came right out was exploring was stretched out wasn’t scared wasn’t defensive was just ammmmazing!!! I’m so in love.

holy cow he's a beautiful baby!!! i like how dark he is, it's lovely.

ahhh how exciting reading about your first handling!!! isn't it amazing?! i equate it to meditation: fully focused on something outside yourself and your problems, caring for another living being, and being calm, quiet and relaxed in a comfortable place.

Thank you so much!! I really looked hard for him. I was pretty sold on bananas early on but I wanted something very orange as most seem to be more yellowey and yea his dark background is killer he’s almost like this eggplant purple. AHHHHHH. I WANT TEN MORE ! It’s sick

you nailed it with that description. I had a long day and have had this never ending headache and it like all went away. I was nervous for our first real bonding. I held him a bit when I got him but didn’t want it to be too long but today I spent a good ten min with him and let him back. I want to ease things in so we can be pals for a long time. But damn he’s one cool dude

Congrats on your first handling with your handsome boy. I’m not surprised at all that your headache went away. These guys are good at such things. :)
