Males in V70 tub?

I'll be starting a new DIY rack soon for adults. For practical reasons one rack with the same tubs would be the easiest way for now and I was planning on a V70 rack for males and females. Now, I see most people keeping males in a slightly smaller tub than the V70.

Does anyone see major problems housing males in V70 tubs?

None whatsoever. If its a smaller male (sub 1k) just toss a hide in and its all good.

You can but if you intend to breed between the large tub and breeding season don't be surprise if they do not eat.

I actually put mine in even smaller tub during breeding season to ensure that they eat throughout the season especially young first timer males.

Ok, those are sound advices I can work with. I also have V70 tub dividers on the way, so I can work both ways if necessary.
