    go around my neck and sit there. Some times he will start to constrict. How dangerous is this? LOL Should I never let him do that, it sort of feels like a massage.

    I'm not comfortable with having them around the neck. If they get stressed the only thing to cling to is your neck, besides the tongue flicking on the ear is killer!!
    When they're little it's not such a big issue, but as they get older it might be something you would want to reconsider. That's just my :twocents:

    I've held big snakes around my neck a lot. I think it's safe.. just use common sense!

    lol.. I find that snakes get used to being on your neck if you keep doing it, and they definitely settle down and stop 'holding on'.

    It's like his whole body is unjulating (sp?) around my neck he's not going anywhere just around in circles
