Any Good Youtube Reptile Channels?
I saw a thread like this on a FB group and thought I'd start one here. I'd like to know what channels you enjoy watching on youtube and what they cover.
I know there are people on youtube that have a bad rep., or are generally maligned, but lets try to not focus on that and keep it positive. I know I could really use some new people to watch and (hopefully) help support by subscribing and liking their material if they produce good videos.
To get us started, I'll post a few of the ones I enjoy below.
1. NERD- mostly BP, Monitor, and Retic related, but interesting care videos and commentary on things like genetics.
2. JKR-- Care / tip videos, cutting and clutch videos, and morph information. Almost exclusively BPs
3. Olympus Reptiles- Cuttings, Clutches, Genetics, General care, Some venomous, mostly BP related
4. Hissy Fit Reptiles- *same as above, but all BP related*
5. Royal Constrictor Designs- Gerrick's channel, all BP related
6. Rooted in Reptiles- All BTS related information on care
7. The Dart Frog Queen- Dart frog viv setups, culturing food, chameleons
8. Dav Kaufman- "herper's TV" and "hobby breeders" series plus his vlog. Interviews with breeders, tours of facilities, herping in foreign countries
9. Kamp Kenan- Mostly about reptiles in his facility, but also tours and interviews others, rescue / relocation, etc.
10. Brian Gundy- Good information on Boas and BPs, mostly morph related, but also care.

My favourite is Balls2U, love watching his clutch cutting and listening to his thoughts regarding ball pythons. He is a UK based snake owner though, so views might not line up to American standards!

Re: Any Good Youtube Reptile Channels?
My take on them
1. NERD- Only big name with real passion
2. JKR-- Big Name - Great Morphs - Should do more informational videos. They come off across sometimes as sales pitches more than anything else.
3. Olympus Reptiles- Good Info but lately rants and sponsored by TGR who refuses to resolve their tape connection issues...
4. Hissy Fit Reptiles- weird voice - cant listen too long.
5. Royal Constrictor Designs- Garrick is AWESOME - I have a bunch of his stuff.
6. Rooted in Reptiles- Gonna check them out
7. The Dart Frog Queen- Gonna check them out
8. Dav Kaufman- Weird Dude
9. Kamp Kenan- Just discovered his channel...
10. Brian Gundy- Probably the most genuine person who wants to help inform about reptiles on EARTH

Not a big YouTube person, but I really enjoy Reptile Discovery. There isn't a ton of ball python specific videos, because that's not one of the species she keeps (although there are a couple about helping a friend's beeps after they were recovered from a house fire...), but she does quite a few general snake and reptile education videos. Viewers can even vote on which pet they want to see get fed next, and there's quite a variety to choose from- hoggies, kingsnakes, garters, some boas I think, retics, egg eating snakes, toads, fish, geckos, turtles, and even a stunted alligator she rescued.

Triple B TV- interviews and collection features with a variety of reptile breeders
Always Evolving Pythons- ball pythons
DM Exotics- Unusual colubrids and pythons, also field herping trips to Thailand and surrounding areas
Reach Out Reptiles- reticulated pythons
Godbold Exotics- arboreal boas
K Brothers Pythons (not doing new videos, but they have some really good stuff on their channel)- Australian pythons
Also here are some good radio shows if that is your thing:
Morelia Python Radio
Corallus Radio
Green Tree Python Keeper Radio
Herpetological Highlights
Chameleon Breeder Podcast

I've been watching viperkeeper lately. His channel is entirely venomous snakes, but it's fascinating to see so many of them since I don't have any plans to keep any.
(and where I live, meeting one would be either a copperhead or a rattlesnake... both not a good idea)
His commentary working with them is pretty funny and the variety of animals is amazing. Videos span back at least 10 years, so there's a lot of content to see.
