    Home coming today!
Our two pet store finds came home with us today

Orlah (which means golden princess) is 907 grams and about 40 inches long, the vet felt she was an 03 most likely. She's a lovely, docile snake that has obviously been handled quite a bit.

Brannah (which means dark beauty) is 1190 grams and about 44 inches long, the vet felt she was likely an 02. She's already earned the nickname Brannah the Brat! LOL Very bold female and not at all into this "balling" up thing, not afraid to take a swipe at you but actually calms right down when you actually get your hands on her and she figures out you mean business.

Both are tucked up into their respective sterlites for their week of "quiet time".

It's driving me nuts Emily! I so want to share pics of these pretty girls with all of you. I've been trying to borrow a cam but no luck so far. If all else fails, has anyone ever used those disposable digital camera thingies? Are they worth even bothering with?

You can always use a disposible camera and get a cd, or have them posted on the net for you to retrieve. The digital disposables I know of just give you a cd when developed automatically.

    I'm still amazed myself Christie.

We are starting to see though why Brannah, bless her heart, may have been turned into the pet store LOL! I know she's just new here but my goodness do we have attitude with a capital A! Very aggressive if we approach her sterlite or open it to change water and she's not joking about it. She will come charging right at us and attempt to bite. The big old brat!

Wierd thing is when Mike puts on the gloves and removes her from the sterlite she calms down immediately and she was a total love during her visit to the vet last week. I believe I've seen folks here mention this cage aggressive behaviour so we're not particularily concerned. We'll just go slow and steady with her so she doesn't think that behaviour works and if she never tolerates much handling then so be it, she'll still make a lovely mommy and have a nice life just not as varied as the others I guess.

Brannah the Brat LOL. Orlah on the other hand is a total doll face and settling in with no troubles.

As for pics you could take pictures on a regular camera and go to CostCo and they will put the pictures on a CD for you. Well at least they do that here.
