My girl just shed, so let the countdown begin to her first clutch. This will be my first produced clutch. I’ve hatched out one clutch last fall for someone though. I’m excited to see how many eggs will drop. Nothing fancy with this clutch, a single gene enchi sired by a single gene coral glow. About 3 weeks and I’ll get the incubator warmed up.

In another note, my other girl who’s a bit older is eating again and should make weight by fall. She’s just topping over 1300g after sitting between 900 and 1100 for two years. She’s pastel het clown and I’ve got a little enchi lesser het clown that’s ready to go and waiting for her.

Good luck with the pairings! I love enchi bananas, they’re one of the best 2 gene combos out there imo. Hopefully some are in your future :)

Thank you! I’m hoping to see atleast one pop out. I’m excited to see the gender of the bananas. Te last time I was in the store I got him from the lady said that it’s clutch mates have been producing lots of females. She gets her supply of balls by buying hand reselling from locals. So he may be a female maker, I’m not counting on it, but I’m hoping.
