Peanut is feeling so much better ( at least she's acting better ) so far we have given her one shot at home. ( on Saturday ) It for sure was not fun but she acted very well. A little squerm like any animal would in response to a needle but she was very patient and calm about it <3
( I hope the video loads for you guys but > )
My mother was manning the camera and it was a fairly stressful situation for all of us so she didn't get the full shot in frame but that's totally fine, she captured the needle coming out so that's enough footage to get the point across [emoji23][emoji177]
I think the shot went fairly well, she had a perfect reaction to it being she acted more calm and relaxed in her enclosure afterwords. She's been sleeping SO much since her treatment started ( she's usually anxiously roaming her enclosure ) and I've heard no crazy loud wheezing ( still hear clicking and small wheezes when I bring her close to my ear )
And the best news of all! SHE ATE A MOUSE! ( she should be eating rat pups but we are taking little baby steps and her vet told me to take it easy on the food size before we know more about her mouth wound ) but food is going to help her out so much in fighting off the infection. I'm so happy about her improvement. I'll update you guys again after her next shot :)♡ https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...27237d35c8.jpghttp://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5a793e6d..._212744198.mp4
