"Sausage Butt????

What is sausage butt? I have seen this term a couple times and do not know what it means. Clarification please?

it doesn't exactly mean they're constipated b/c BP's go at different frequency. it just means they got a big butt and will leave a big poop at some point soon.

i got the boy pictured above at 300grams at age 3. he was raised on a maintenance diet. so when i got him, i started feeding him appropriately sized meals weekly and i guess he held in every last morsel of food for a growth spurt and developed a sausage butt. he poops just fine. :)
