New BP is he pastel OG?
I bought my first BP a few days ago, and I'm new to morphs xD I know a /little/, but not enough to really know by looking xD

This is Voudon, I was told he's a pastel OG. Im unsure what orange ghost does xD
So is he just a Pastel OG?

He also has a white belly, IDK if that's the pastel or OG

He looks like a Pastel Orange Belly to me, not an Orange Ghost. If you compare the picture of a Pastel hatchling, a Pastel Orange Belly hatchling and a Pastel Orange Ghost tachling, I can see that yours looks like a Pastel Orange Belly.
    Btw. he's really pretty.

Yeah...No orange ghost... Def. Pastel, but I'm not sure what else. Orange ghosts appear "washed out" as if they are in shed all the time and your guy has strong blacks. Very nice looking BP though. Appears to have more than pastel going on, but what, I'm not sure.

Blacks are too dark to be Hypo/Orange Ghost

the low blushing on the body with the crazy blushing on the head definitely makes me think more than just Pastel.

I've been looking around the OB and OGs, and it looks like the ghosts are dark when young. Is there a good way to tell besides DNA testing? I plan on breeding when he gets older, so what should I cross him with to check?

OG is recessive so that would be your only option.

I have 2 ghosts and purchased both at under 200 grams.. Both were light and faded when I got them. He could be het for it, but unless he was sold to you as that, I would not bet on it. Orange Dream usually reduces / cleans up pattern, but I'm not sure if one can have the busy patterning like your guy.

    Maybe yellowbelly?

Desert ghost can have very dark blacks and clean yellows and keep them their whole life, but if you had purchased a desert ghost, I think you'd know, as they run a lot more money than OG or OD combus usually... around $450 for a plain DG and more for any added genes.

Maybe check with the breeder and confirm. I could maybe see DG, but again, not sure unless you know the genetics.
