have you ever noticed her rubbing her face at the entrance/opening of the enclosure? that looks like a rub mark on her chin.

for now: keep an eye on her. if it does not improve on its own i would get her to the vet.

Might be an abscess. Would need clear close up pictures to tell anything. If your snake just ate and got substrate in their mouth it can cause them to puff out a side if it is stuck in their teeth. If this is something that has been noticeable for weeks then you must go to a vet to rule out either an abcess, swollen gland or infected tooth.

Rot guard will not treat or cure infection and if it is an abscess it can only get worse and needs medical care to treat.

So if this is immediately after eating (from you saying not eating and visually checking mouth, I assume this is not substrate caught in mouth) then it might be nothing but if it is something that has been there for a while, don't put of a vet visit.

Yup looks like the start of an abscess. Take it to a vet.

if it's been two weeks since this popped up i would definitely make plans to take her to the vet.

One other rare option is it is is somehow in shed and suffering form an old stuck shed on the vents/ nostrils causing irritation. My GTP has a scab and swollen right vent that turned out to be rubbing from impending shed. She shed 2 days after we were concerned and it magically went away. Clean bill of health form the vet.

So has your snake shed in the past 2 months?
