    Bent Tooth on BCI
Behira, my 2016 female Ivory Ghost BCI, happily ate her biggest F/T rat yet (66G) Sunday night (she is about 575-600G). Today I took her out to handle her and noticed she has one frontish tooth sticking out of her mouth (coming down from her upper lip, but bent out to the side so it's not touching her lower lip at all). She struck the rat (which she doesn't always do) and I assume she bent a tooth in the process.

She let me touch it and it didn't seem to bother her at all. I wouldn't dare pull it! Not because I am afraid of the sweetheart, but I don't want to hurt her.

Should I do anything? Will it fall out on it's own?

Any thoughts are welcomed. My inclination is to let it work itself out.

    Thank you and happy holidays!

My img did it the other week, she let me pull it out no problems as I didn’t want it to get infected, I left it a few days to see if it would come out naturally but it didn’t https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0144148906.jpg

    UPDATE:

Behira ate on Sunday night and I took her out today and NO BENT TOOTH!

It must have fallen out during feeding.

    Happy New Year!
