Maybe its just me but i never seem to see my snake in his waterbowl. Does he just go in at nigght or what? Should i be worried

A healthy ball python should never "soak". I have a couple of hundred and not one of them ever uses their waterbowl for anything but drinking.

ive never seen my BP's soak either. usually they only soak when they have mites, its to hot in there cage, or they are "hiding" in there bowls because they feel insecure
