    How big do BCI's get? also what size cage do they need and whats the best way to heat it. also what is the biggest snake in the world?

    males 6-8'
    females 7-9'

    a 4'x2'x2' will hold a boa until it gets about 7'. for a female id have no less the 6'x2'x2' and 4'x2'x2' for a male.

    biggest snake in the world, living at least, i believe is bob clarks reticulated python...22ft and like 310lbs

    Nope, it's Baby. 403 lbs 27' burm.

    Species wise, normally the green anaconda is heaviest, and the reticulated python is longest.

    I thought they had a Retic in a zoo they thought was 48 feet, but they measured it at 35 feet? Thats the one I always thought was the largest...

    It was in Indonesia. They said it was 49'.. it was 21'! The keeper said the snake shrunk!

    Best way to heat a BCI is or any ground boa for that matter is belly heat using a UTH methode.
