Stuck Shed, Humidity Box Help

My poor boy has stuck shed. His brother did fine though...they are in the same rack with same humidity (around 70% - 80% when in shed) temps are 80 - 83 on cool, 90 on hot side

I put him in a humidity box for 3 hours the first time, and bumped up his humidity by putting in a damp washcloth on the hot side and middle so he could rub on it.

Today I soaked him a bit (I really didn't want to) for about 10 mins and had him slither through a damp cloth and he got most of it off..however, some shed still stuck on his neck area.

Should I just bump up humidity or do another humidity box and when? I feel so bad for stressing him out..he is the shy one out of my other 2 :/
