    Infuriating story in Oklahoma?
    Just saw this trending: https://www.yahoo.com/news/exotic-pe...152146623.html

Some jerk abandoned his collection in a storage unit months ago. Anyone in Oklahoma open to adopting a survivor or two?

first off: shoutout to that news anchor for holding a snake at the end!!! also that vet looked like he was enjoying being around the animals. [emoji4]

second: how do they not have a paper trail on the guy that bought the unit?? i'd think they'd send the person's info straight to authorities.

hopefully the culprit is found and prosecuted. if i lived closer i would gladly offer to help.

I love how they’re for the snakes and not against them! I applaud everyone else!

Props to this news company for doing such a pro-snake story; I see too many stories where snakes are just demonized. Hope these guys get good homes!

It was an awesome way to tell the story - focus the outrage on the deadbeat who left them, portray the snakes as the helpless/defenseless victims they were, and show off the various humans demonstrating tender compassion to them.

I'd be down to adopt one, just would have to ship to Orlando. I'd probably say one of the Boas

Didn't expect such a positive report ! Actually, quite "feel good" in the end :)

The Vet reminds me of the one I used to have before I moved. I MISS that vet !! He was so awesome. Very knowledgeable about reptiles and truly caring.

Of course he knew they didn't "hear" him, but he always baby talked to them and truly enjoyed helping them. I used to bring all the rescues to him. It was so funny, he knew how much I loved to research and he always asked me what I thought was wrong with the snake and then he was tickled when I was right, LOL. He would then show me everything under the microscope and explain everything thoroughly. He was a great educator, on top of a great Vet.
