    New Milksnake
Hey long time no post. I acquired a milksnake today and wanted to share him (or her, unsure)! He’s my first non ball python and I think he’s gorgeous. I’m very excited. He was sold to me as a Sinaloan. What do you think?

He’s blue right now so I’m excited for him to shed!

Nice! Just wait until it sheds, it will have amazing color. My Arizona Mountain king snakes really fade out during a shed and really pop afterwards!

lookin' good! congrats on hitting the 2 of the 3 benchmarks on new snakes.

does he have a name BTW? also how's handling him? is he squirmy and always on the move? mines usually are.

also how did u feed him? i can leave the f/t prey in their enclosure and they will find it and eat it. if i stick food in their face, they will bite it and wrap.

    :)

Hey sorry for the late reply! I named him Picasso (Pico for short).

He is not squirmy at all. I’m not kidding, my ball python Noodle is squirmier! He is super good with handling and doesn’t mind his head or anything touched. He moves around but nothing more than a active BP tbh!

His previous owner never got him to eat off the tongs so I just leave his f/t mouse in there and he finds it on his own! Slightly less work for me haha.

Pico has been a really good boy and honestly super sweet. Hasn’t musked, bit, hissed, or anything like I heard milks can do. The worst thing he has done is rattled his little tail once. Must’ve been having a bad day :)

I am curious if he’s going to get any bigger or if he’s pretty much full grown. He’s a little guy I feel!
