    Tub and UTH size question
My reptile basic order came in today which means I now own 2 small hides and a 6x11 UTH. I notice when I put everything in the tub, minus the water bowel, that it's a little cramp.

Right now I have a 15qt/14L tub. I think I'm going to see if I can do a slightly wider one. My question is, if I get a wider tube do I need to buy a bigger UTH. The one I bought fits this tub perfectly but anything wider won't be covered completely.

    Suggestions?

in a perfect world, we would all have an UTH that covers 1/3 of the tank/tub. having a rack system i learned that u don't actually need that much heat (1/3 size of the enclosure). what u need is a hotspot. also it looks like u have small RBI hides so i assume u have a hatchling BP, so a cramp/cluttered space is fine. even if u move up a size in tub, i think your UTH size is fine as it covers the hide and more.

Edit: BTW what water bowl did u end up getting? the cute one i hope. :)
