    Reptile basic Digital thermometer, recommendations?
One of the items I still need to get is a digital thermometer. I know people recommend the AcuRite but it is currently $18 on amazon. It looks a little bulky. I came across a digital thermometer from reptile basic and was wondering if anyone had reviews or thoughts on it? Is it accurate or should I spend the few extra dollors on the AcuRite one? Thanks!

I am thinking about getting a couple of these also. I agree that the acurrites are sorta bulky for a tub setting especially the hatchling tubs I am using.

I will be interested to see if anyone chimes in on how good/accurate they are.

If you get acurite, buy directly from their site. Much cheaper than on amazon. I have never gone wrong using their products and they are as accurite as you need to have them for your enclosure.

The two I recommend are as follows:

Remote probe for temp and humidity: Acurite 02097M https://www.acurite.com/wireless-the...y-sensors.html

Attached temperature probe: Acurite 02067M https://www.acurite.com/indoor-outdo...ith-probe.html
