More than likely - but first - how exactly do you prepare it - what sort of procedure do you use to feed etc. Mine have to be just the right temp (feeder and ball enclosure both) and a few will not go after the f/t without doing the zombie rat jig and even then I have to hold the nose/head of the rat up to a heatlamp a few seconds so the head has a nice bright thermal signature.

With the p/k I kil the mouse and hold it perfectly still, and within 2 or 3 seconds the snake has a bead on it or has already hit it. With the f/t I've held a blow dryer up to it until it is completely thawed and a little warm, then I head the head on a light bulb for about 10-15 seconds. I've also tried triple bagging a frozen mouse and submerging the bag into really really hot, on the verge of boiling, water until it is thawed, then doing the blow dryer bit, and then the light bulb, but still nothing. The snake is very active, even during the day, which kinda makes me think it's hungry but I don't know.

Try leaving the F/T in the cage overnight. Sometimes it takes them a little while in the dark to "figure out" what a F/T rodent actually is.

Thaw out the rodent at room temp until it is completely thawed. Then after it is completely thawed put it in a sandwhich baggie and then put the sandwhich baggie in the hottest water you can (mason jar with REALLY hot water) get from your tap. Leave the rat/mouse in the hot water for 10 minutes then try offering it. If it won't take it off tongs just leave it in the cage. My BP will eat off tongs my blood will only eat if left overnight.
