Baby Kenyan Sand Boa wont eat. Help !

I recently got a 1 month old Kenyan sand boa. When i first feed it it ate fine. After that i tried feeding it again and it did not eat. The only thing i had done differently was switch her bedding. So i switched her back to her old bedding. After that she did eat but after i left the pinky in her enclosure. This week i tried feeding her again but wouldn't eat. I don't know why. 15 long 11 wide and 6 high (in inches) The hot side is about 85 to 89 degress F. She is still active and ive been feeding her frozen thawed pinkies.
