    Very pink belly, shed question
I noticed boople has a very pink belly so she is beginning her shed cycle. Do you increase humidity to 70% at pink belly or dull skin stage? I know pink belly is very early stage.

Eyes of blue time to increase humidity too.

UGH I am horrible at making rhymes :(

Just wait until they go blue to increase humidity. Worked for me every time.

I do it as soon as I see changes that indicate shed. By the time they're blue it might already be a bit late, but that's probably only if the humidity was super low to begin with. IDK I keep my humidity up usually anyways lol.

I increase humidity as soon as I notice Khaa going into shed. Sometimes I notice right when he gets dull and sometimes I don't even notice until he's in blue. Some might say that's a little late but when I increase his humidity for shedding, his humidity almost hits 100%(in his humid hide), around 80% throughout his enclosure. I've had no problems whatsoever, never had an incomplete shed from him.

Increase whenever you notice signs of shedding process.

I forgot not everyone's snakes sheds the same period of time. Mine takes over 2 1/2 weeks from pink belly to actual shed so I wait until blue because then I still have over a week and a half before shed comes off.

If your snake has a quick shed then yeah, once pink get it up and going for higher humidity but if like mine, it takes a while, I would hold off until you see cloudy eyes.

I always sit at 60%. I only noticed the pink because my sons friend was holding her and I was like whoa...that is one pink belly boople! So her humidity is now 70% I will also put moss in her warn hide to keep it humid as well. she doesn't look dull yet but she is staying balled up in her warm hide. Except when I misted earlier and she peeked out to ask why the hell I was making such a ruckus! Didn't I know she is trying to sleep...gah! Teenagers!

I boost humidity as soon as I notice shed. mine is always at 57 percent. I push it to mid 70's - 80%.
