Is that a snake? Is that his head? Can't tell from the photo, you have to zoom out.

Looks like a water blister right behind its head under the scales.

i'm trying to figure out what is it the hide is not too moist i use aspen and the water bowl is not even in the hot side so i can't tell what it is
