Just got in my second BP rack unit from C serpents so now I have a 3 tub 28 quart Unit and the newest arrival a 41 quart three tub unit..
The probe is on the middle Shelf of the 28 quart with adding a second unit do I need to move the probe? units are going to be put side by side not stacked unless stacking is better
