Re: captive bred imports?
This seems odd to me. Normally imported animals are wild caught (which is usually frowned upon), and captive bred are, well, just that. Can't help you here but I wish you the best of luck.
Have be you asked them to clarify?

They are 'strictly reptiles, inc.' on morphmarket.com and they sell tons of animals. Maybe that is the problem. I simply asked them if they were captive bred and they responded with "they are captive bred imports." Didn't go any further.
I will probably go with another seller then. I'm fairly new to snakes so I didn't know what the standard was. Like I know some snakes such as anacondas are hard to find captive bred
Re: captive bred imports?
Sounds like a good idea. Try to go to specific and reputable breeders if you can find any.

I wouldn't recommend one for an inexperienced keeper though, as they will have been shipped twice during a very short time period and they will be very stressed and difficult to get settled and eating. Also WC imports will usually require a vet visit.
OP if you were looking at the baby CA's they were offering I would pass as you can find baby commons for sale locally for less than the cost of shipping.

Could they have meant captive hatched?

Good point, many sellers state "CB" to mean "Captive Born" (of a wild or farmed field-collected female) and buyers assume "Captive Bred".
