    IF the pictures how truly representative of his colors (sometimes pictures get over exposed etc), than yes I would breed a male like this if I was getting started, his colors are nice and he has a very nice blushing has well.

    When people take picture the picture is often over exposed because of the flash making the animal brighter than it really is.

    Oh, yeah definitely! The difference between the flash and sunlight/no flash is huge.

    I have no idea what I want to pair him with yet though. Banana is my first choice. And then maybe lesser? I would have to decide on only one since 3 snakes is my max and of course I would want to keep one of the hatchlings.

    lesser would go well with a pastel, Imo, pastel+lesser ball pythons look fantastic.

    I agree, pastel lessers are really pretty.
    I think pastel bananas are hard to tell apart from some regular bananas so I wouldn't go that way personally.
    OP, if you really want to and are able, maybe get a banana lesser and then you have both genes?
