Shed Problems, did she eat it?
Hey everyone, I have a few questions about shedding since this time around seems a little weird. This is my Royal's second shed since I have had her. The first one went really well, she shed in two pieces in under 48hrs. This time she started to look "ghostly" and had blue eyes. I upped her humidity and misted her. Today her skin looks normal and her eyes arn't blue anymore but I can't find her shed anywhere, do they ever eat it? And her left eye cap looks like it has a little dent in it :/ I'm kinda worried.

Keep the humidity up, the eye cap dent is likely cause of the humidity. Same thing happened to me. Don't worry, she hasn't shed yet. They go back to normal colors for about 2 days to a week and then they shed. Keep your humidity 60-70

Keep your humidity up until she sheds, then after she sheds make sure your humidity is staying 50-60. Calliope had a dent in his eye not long ago and I freaked out and it was because I thought it was supposed to be 40-60 instead of 50-60

Thanks, last time it was all super fast. She went blue and then there was shed skin. I have my humidity at 63-75. Drops to 63 over night. Thanks again for the advice.
