I currently have plastic foliage in my enclosures. I was considering adding live plants instead. Yes or no?

Yes! I am also going to get some live plants for my bp. Live plants boost the humidity and they look more realistic than fake plants (duh lol). You can find a quick list of the toxic and non-toxic plants on the internet, just to be safe.

English ivy is toxic, but the spider plants are fine :)

are planning to plant the plants in the tank or keep them in pots within the tank? if you're gonna plant the plants, why not convert your tank to full bioactive? add some plants, soil, gravel, add some isopods (good bugs), etc. we used to have a member here named Kris who built these kinda tanks for his BP, frogs and lizards. check out one of his threads here: https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...Guy(pic-heavy)

Planting them in the enclosures I use "plantation soil"for my substrate. Never thought of isopods I'll have to check it out.
