She is a semi rescue adult. It is believed she is a Nic/Red-Tail Hybrid.

Thanks! She's pretty chill for a boa also. She will try to go somewhere and when she realizes you aren't gonna let her resigns herself to being held or what have you. She sits on my shoulders very nicely.

Nice boa but you definitely need a larger cage for her. My advice is check into Animal Plastics. They are awesome bang for the buck. Minimum i would do would be T10 which is a 48x24x15" cage but for my bigger boas, i use T25s which are 72x30x18.

I will be getting her a new cage very soon. SHe has just gone through two sheds and ate her first meal after the latest one yesterday.

And thanks for the suggestion! She is currently in a 20gal set up.

No problem and personally if she is your only boa and you dont plan to get a bunch more(yeah right huh?), i would just eat ramen for a week and get the T25(72x30x18) cage with a shelf and sliding glass doors. They can live in 4x2 but like i said, if you only have a few, might as well just splurge and get them big cages lol. Here are 3 of my T25s next to T8s to give you an idea of the size difference. T10s are the same as T8s except 3 inches taller.

And here are the same cages with snakes in them. Top is a 7' retic. Middle is a 5.5' sunglow and bottom is a 6.5' common BCI. This will give you an idea of the room they got.

Don't plan on any more boas...or snakes after the latest BP acquisition.
Still needs a new enclosure, will get one soon. I try to take her out to let her stretch as much as possible without stressing her.
