How many mice in a 12x7.5x5.25 tank

I recently was given six 12x7.5x5.25 mouse breeding cages. I have always bought my mice. So this is new to me. How many females should I put in it?

I do a 2:1 ratio, 2 female to one male. Just depend how many offspring you need. It’s good to do at least 2 so they will help each other with feedings and care. Single moms tend to be more reactive to stress, IMO.
