    Is the laundry room safe?
Can BP's be in a laundry room?

We just got two American Bull dog cross puppies and they are being crate trained. The thing is, their crates are 42" long and 47" long..... the only places in the house that will fit two crates of that size are the living room or the snake room. The living room isn't ideal, as they need a quiet place to get away from people and noise if they need too.

Our BP's are pretty laid back girls. They had no problems moving from upstairs to the main floor next to the laundry room. Would the washer/dryer vibrations piss them off or is that something they would get used to? We are switching to natural soaps and softeners, so I'm assuming scents wouldn't be harmful.

    Thoughts?

What's wrong with the puppies and the snakes being in the same room?

Yeah, assuming cages have locks and what not I think it would be fine. Dogs aren't likely to go and enjoy "quite time alone" as much as say a cat so likely if your home they'll be around you anyways. If they are in the crate their whining won't bother the snakes as they don't have ears.

Laundry room would probably be on an individual basis. Some snakes wouldn't care but some it might stress them out enough to go off feed.

Many years ago I moved all of my animals into our laundry room (had a surprise midget on the way so needed the bedroom) and the laundry room worked extremely well. I mounted a shelf above the washer and dryer where I put my 4' enclosures, had 2 racks along a wall and a 3rd rack that was mobile... (yeah it was a good size laundry room). Had no problems with any changes in any of the animals (had boas, ball pythons and kenyans all in there at the time.)

We can't have them together because their room is a sauna, lol. Humidifier, warm. We sweat in there. It would cook the dogs.

    So vibrations won't effect them?
