Pied het Clown x Albino Clown clutch results.
So bittersweet with this clutch. This was my 2nd ball python clutch ever produced. I ended up with 5 eggs from the female, but 2 eggs went bad within the first week.

One egg ended up starting to rot/mold that I didn't catch until day 48. The other 2 pipped on day 55, so I cut all 3. Moldy egg baby was not moving as much as the other 2 and still has a very large amount of yolk left over. I'm not sure if it will make it :(

But the 2 other babies made it out of the eggs this afternoon and seem healthy and active :)

The 3rd moldy egg also has a clown in it :O so beginners luck definitely took a shining to me! Now I just have to hope number 3 makes it and that at least one is male. I need a partner for my Pied het Albino girl next season :please:

I also just cut a clutch that one egg was not fully developed just as you described and it did not make it. Sorry about yours but you still had a great clutch.

Well the moldy egg baby didn't make it. It had definitely passed by this evening :( I pulled it out and it looked like it had not absorbed a large majority of its yolk. I'm pretty sick about it, I don't know of there was something I could have done to save it. If you want to see the post I had for that egg you can click this link to go to that thread. I also included a picture of the baby after it was pulled from the egg hoping it might provide some answers. So if that isn't something you want to see then view with caution.

On a brighter note the new babies are active and healthy. Decided to get another picture of them. They weigh 60 and 64 grams. I plan on keeping them both reguardless of genders. I've nicknamed the one on the right Daisy because of the little flower head stamp

Amazing pairing and spectacular results. Way to go! I can't wait to start my pied clown projects. Sorry for the losses, they happen in this scheme of things. Keep moving forward, the best is yet to come.

    Beautiful babies, let's hope it's a pair!

Pretty cool that one has a really prominent head stamp and the others is practically non-existent. Daisy is a sweet name, too :)

Welp, both shed yesterday so decided to get new pictures. I'm in love with them both! I'm not sure on sexes yet, but I'm reaching out to find someone who has more experience in it than me to help me out. Fingers crossed for a male and female!
