Could she have been the "runt"
So, I've had my BP for 3-4 weeks now, she's had 2 feedings with me(tried tonight and she didn't want it). Was really curious what her weight is so i went and picked up a new scale, old one was not reading right i dont think and when i zeroed it out, sat her on the scale, she came it at 54g. Is it possible she was shipped to Petco asap? The Runt? Etc?

She's in 30Gal Tank, UTH on the hot side hide set to 94*, 80 cold side hide and ambient is around 85* give or take a few through out the day. Humidity stays around 65-70% with eco earth coconut blend substrate.

Likely a CH import which would mean it was not stated upon arrival on the store and may have had no more than one or two undersized meal at the store.

I would highly recommend that you assess your husbandry before it becomes an issue (and it will over time) considering your temps, size of the enclosure and size of the animal.

I'd be lying if I said I'd be surprised and hadn't heard of exactly that practice -- shipping smaller and less healthier animals out to the big box stores. That said, it looks like she's holding onto some waste (assuming I'm seeing that sausage butt correctly) so she may weigh a little less than that.

She looks fairly underweight, so please refer to the feeding guide on the forum to help her grow and thicken out. Or this guide if she continues to refuse food at her age.
