    Tips for reducing humidity
Since moving my bp to a tub with a sealed lid(not one with vent holes) the humidity has been a big problem! We soldered about 30 holes along each side of the tub and on the top but even without misting the tub spikes up to 70-80% on a daily basis. It's so humid water clings to each side of the tub! I use aspen bedding. Any suggestions for how to help this?

Have a fan in the room. Is the air stagnant?

More ventilation, cross ventilation works great if you have a lot of air flow in the room otherwise top is probably the way to go. Keeping your water dish on the cool end of the tub will help, especially if you have ventilation beside and/or above it.

Sorry for the late reply! The air in the room isn't too stagnant; we usually have a window open that lets in a good breeze. I do have the water on the cool side but it still seems to evaporate. Hm, we'll try adding more holes to the top as most are on the sides. Thanks for the help!

adding more ventilation holes to the tubs solved the high humidity problem for me. Try it! :gj:
