Do they need UV lighting?

I've seen many breeders keeping them in rack systems. I know they're nocturnal, but I've still heard they need a little UV light. How do breeders keep them healthy? Strictly calcium supplements?

No you do not need UV for Leos they are a nocturnal species.

Then do they need way more supplements?

Insects should be dusted with calcium with vitamin D or you can simply put a dish of calcium in the enclosure.
