Geno shed!! [emoji1] [emoji1] [emoji323] [emoji322] His first shed with me :) I was wondering if it was a good shed? It looks good to me but I could be wrong. Geno looks gorgeous!! Thank you in advance :)https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0e792ba2bc.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8e9a42a781.jpg

As long as there is no shed left on him. Make sure to check his eyes and the tip of his tail.

Ideally, the shed should come of all in one piece. My snake has always shed in one piece and I always find it balled up. But this isn't always the case since I know people who have almost perfect husbandry and their snake still has shedding issues.

OK, I'll try to raise the humidity next time, that should help?
And from what I saw he had no stuck shed but I didn't want to take him out right then.. should/can I get him out later this afternoon check?

as long as there's no pieces left on him then it's good. to me: a perfect shed is one full piece; a complete shed is one i don't have to help with, whether it's in 7 pieces or one. this is just terminology that really doesn't matter. :)

you could definitely bump your humidity up for next time; it'll give you a better chance at a perfect shed. congrats to you and Geno!!!

+1 for more humidity lol. My big boa just shed and it was all one big piece. It was really a cool thing. One of my friends wanted to put it in his neighbors yard but i wanted to keep it. :D

Check the shed skin for the head piece and see if that is complete. Eye caps and all.
