    Can't find big cheap tote.
I'm looking for a temp enclosure for a 6 foot red tail boa and I CAN'T FIND ONE. I've looked everywhere for a tote that's 3-4 feet long, 18"-23" wide and is not 24" tall. I just want a large 'underbed tote" ( the snake wont be under my bed ) Do any of you know anywhere I can find one? I'm obviously looking for a clear one so my snake can see and get light. She isn't very heavybodied yet because the person who had her feeds her 1-2 times a month and she is pretty lean in size. I will be getting her an animal plastics cage or custom making one for her, so she isn't stuck in a tote her whole life.

Stateside, your options are: Lowes, Home Depot, Menards. Container Store, if in a major city. Target, Walmart. Big Lots if lucky and/or appropriate season. These are the biggest you can get without hitting the 40-60G containers which have more headroom than you seem to want.

Edit: Oh yeah, CostCo, WinCo, and the like are pretty good.

You killed me lol. I've spend at least 2-3 hours looking and you find the perfect one. Thank you.

Those are awesome but I think the previous poster beat you to the prize! Thanks a lot for the help.

Look for stores that offer the 74-qt under-bed tubs. I think WalMart has them but if your local one doesn't have any in stock you can do a site-to-store order at no charge. Target also carries them.

There are two styles of these tubs - with wheels and without. I would recommend the ones without.
