Not going to be able to be there
I'm not going to be able to be at my house at 10:30 for my new addition to arrive. Can I leave her in the fed ex hub till 3-4PM?

Short answer yes, you can have it shipped to a fedex hub and held for pickup, it will be kept in a temperature controlled room and will be fine.

Now the issue may be with the seller some only offer live guarantee if you pick the animal up when fedex opens rather than when the animal is picked up.
