Re: Is My Corn Snake Hungry?
Pretty sure all the temps etc are good, I'm using aspin substrate, and it's coming up Winter. That's only the second time in about a month he's done that, he spends most of his time chilling in the back of the tank. I'm assuming he's fine, I was just worried- thank you for the info, I wasn't aware about the Spring thing :)
Re: Is My Corn Snake Hungry?
I'll check him later today, but I'm fairly sure he's clean- no noticeable black spots and nothing coming off onto my hands

Sounds good. Is he spending time in his water dish?
Re: Is My Corn Snake Hungry?
I've not seen him in his water dish, no. I'm the only moving thing in the room 99% of the time. He has spent more time in his cold corner today than usual. I'm sure it's nothing, but I'll keep an eye out for anything else strange just in case :)
Re: Is My Corn Snake Hungry?
Now that I think about it, his last shed was pretty patchy- which was with his previous owner, I think I've sorted the husbandry now. Could he be trying to rub any possible excess from his nose?
