    I found Tessa!
She got out almost 2 months ago and I searched the apartment and did all the tips and tricks but I never found her. Part of me was hopeful that she's turn up eventually, but another part of me was worried she got out through the hole I found under the bathroom sink. I was in my closet today getting an envelope and there she was, just chilling on a box. I put her in a more secure tub and made sure her water was full, but I'm wondering if I should feed her immediately or let her settle?

so glad she's safe and sound!!! two months is a long time, how much does she weigh? i'd give her like a day or two to settle back in and then try feeding.

I'm so glad you found her! I was talking to the MIL yesterday and she reckons her brother's son had a beep and he went missing for a year :O I don't have any personal experience as Wanda only tends to go missing for half a day at most, but I agree with tttaylorrr in waiting a couple days, just to make sure there aren't any other problems that might arise from being without proper heat/humidity. And last of all, make sure you lock that snake up!! :D

Give her a day or two to settle and warm up, then feed.

Shortly before she got out I weighed her at 358 grams, I just weighed her again and she's 356 so she apparently hasn't lost any weight? She did drink a lot of water though, I'm not sure how much water a snake of her size can hold.

that's good! some of her weight loss might have just been dehydration.
like i said above: two days to settle then offer her food. :)
