    Egg issues please help
    I just noticed today that 5 of my 6 eggs incubating have a funky colored spot on them.

    Should I be worried?

    It's a Mojave × Mojave clutch laid on july 21.

    I have another clutch in the same incubator that should be hatching this week, they look great.

    What's gone wrong with these eggs?

    That's just a window. It's where the egg shell didn't form correctly. But it let's you see the baby

    More correctly, those are areas of demineralization/decalcification. Nothing too particularly worrisome about them, just be careful around those areas as they are not as strong as fully-formed parts of the egg
