    peeling belly?
    ok ever since i have had shai her belly6 has always felt weird (but i just thought a different snake a different texture) until yesterday when i notced her skin was peeling (but not falling off) here are some pics

    i do you think it is retained shed? if not then what else may it be?

    I am not sure if I can quite make out what you are showing there - has this persisted over a shed? How's humidity? I know the belly scales on our bloods feel a little different than say the balls or other snakes - esp if your hand rubs against their "grain" when handling - but they do have a larger mass to move.

    if you look to the right of the 1st pic you'll see that 2 scales are actually peeling. idk what it is. the texture of the belly just doesn't feel totally right. but i think im just gonna wait until she heds that might give me an answer. oh and humidity right now 73% and my blood has yet to shed in the month and a half that i have had her.
